Klochko Equipment Rental Company, Inc. has been maintaining its fleet of rental equipment since the early days of 1951, and we continue to provide preventative maintenance (PM) service as well as emergency repairs, warranty work, general maintenance and inspection services for a wide range of aerial, earth-moving, forklifts and construction equipment.
Klochko Equipment has a team of highly trained, experienced mechanics that are ready to help keep your fleet in tip top shape, or help get your equipment back in service if you experience an emergency breakdown. We service all makes and models of a wide variety of construction equipment.

Comprehensive Maintenance Program:
Scheduled monthly or at intervals of 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 hours
- Manufacturer's recommended maintenance requirements performed
- Complimentary oil analysis performed to determine levels of particulates and various metals so that potential problems can be addressed before they require more costly repairs
- Preferred pricing applied to all quoted repairs
- Our program includes top off or replacement of fluids, filters, complete lubrication of your machine and a walk around evaluation including a list of recommended repairs
One Time Service:

Service for 250 hours*
- Engine oil replaced
- Engine oil filters replaced
- Lubrication and a walk around evaluation including list of recommended repairs
Service for 500 hours*
All services for 250 hours, plus these additional services:
- Outer Air and Fuel filters replaced

Service for 1000 Hours
All services for 500 hours, plus these additional services:
- Replacement of final drive(s) oil, front and rear axle oil, transmission fluid and filter
Service for 2000 Hours
All services for 1000 hours plus these additional services:
- Hydraulic oil and filter replaced
- Replacement of final drive(s) oil, front and rear axle oil, transmission fluid and filter
Note-Both our Comprehensive and One Time Services feature a complimentary walk around evaluation of the equipment being serviced including a 30 point inspection of items such as belts, switches, hoses, hydraulics, tires, etc.
Additional model specific maintenance requirements will be performed at an additional charge for each service session, based on the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.

- Includes replacement of engine oil and filter
- Lubrication and walk around evaluation including list of recommended repairs
Annual Inspection*
- Comprehensive annual inspection that conforms to manufacturers and ANSI/SIA standards
- Annual Inspection decal and written documentation provided per MIOSHA guidelines
- Hydraulic return filter and engine oil/filter replaced during inspection
